Team ALCiS is a Triathlon team based in Northern California that recruits elite age group amateur athletes and prides themselves on competing at the highest level. Team ALCiS, coached by triathlon legend Muddy Waters, consists of 28 selected, elite, age group athletes, both men and women.

The philosphy of team ALCiS is to create a true team environment in a sport that traditionally rewards individual performances. Team ALCiS consists of 28 men and women who not only compete at the highest level but also who represent ALCiS Health and our sub-sponsors with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. From Tuesday track workouts to Wednesday night team rides - from Saturday morning training sessions with Coach Muddy to team gatherings, Team ALCiS is a coherent group of incredible athletes who have come together as one.
